·        Portfolio 1

·        The strategic objectives of reducing communication, cost and increase consistency and accuracy by increasing automation in reports. This gave an effective 90%-time reduction in manual report preparation because of automation. This gave a result of 85% reports being automated from earlier 60% by achieving the objective.

·        With another strategic objective to increase the usage of Agile methodologies in projects by 50% which gave better utilization of resources using Agile methodology. This resulted in Agile adoption increase from 25% to 45% by achieving the given strategic objective.

·        Portfolio 2

·        With the strategic objectives of simplifying the tools and the work by doing the right work and eliminate duplication of effort and to increase the productivity of resources which gives the simplified process and reduced the manual entry. Reduced duplication of effort and the process with different tools. This gave an achievement of removing unwanted fields in the tools by 30% and reducing duplication of effort by each resource and saved portfolio license cost by 40% which helped in delivering the strategic objective.

·        Portfolio 3

The strategic objective was to increase the project success and to minimize the portfolio underspending by efficiently utilizing resource/ cost. This gives the better transparency and early indication of project failure and consistency in spending without much wastage. This resulted in implementing PPM system successfully and started monitoring projects and helps in identifying underspending sub-portfolio. Achieved receiving the transparency of projects within each sub-portfolio from 5 to 120 and reduced underspending in the portfolio by 25%. This helped in delivering the strategic objective of project success from 60 to 75% and quarterly review of projects and programs reduced underspending in portfolio which allowed to start new projects and programs by minimizing underutilization.

o   Managing the Onsite and offshore team of Project Controllers and implementation professionals. Initiated PMOaaS methodology for Scheduling & Cost Management. Change Management/ Adoption – Mentoring & Coaching the Project Managers, Project Controllers, Accountable Resources and Team Members for the adoption of PM Methodology.

o   Controlling more than 146 projects of IT projects running across the globe using PMOaaS method. Representing the Strategic Portfolio and Project Planning Group. Mentored more than 20 Professionals on attaining MS Project Certification
